To me that's on Davey. Ross pitched well tonight but he obviously isn't built up for that many pitches yet.

Again, I don't get it.

Davey is supposed to be the baseball genius.

But we all knew Det should have been pulled.

Not the "genius."

Too many mistakes though. Poor defensive play, balk, HBP. Gotta make those plays. Awful.

Burnett should have been brought in 10 minutes ago. What a shame.

Of course its on Davey all the way. The balk was the sign he was done. Then one run scores. Then another. Uhh... see a sign yet, Davey? We should still be up by 2 even if Davey is a freaking moron. Then the HR and he takes him out too late. Beautiful pitching job now he doesn't get a win AND his ERA is up over 3. god damn it.

He wants to save his pen after wearing them out yesterday.  Davey worries too much about the next game, I was always a fan of Robinson managing every game like there is no tomorrow.

We've lost other heartbreakers but if we lose tonight, it will really hurt.

He would have been out of the inning if not for the stupid stuff, primarily dropping the bunt but also the balk and HBP.  Sure the homer was a bad pitch location but aside from that he didn't pitch badly.

Burnett and Clip were fresh. I would have brought in Burnett ASAP and brought in Clippard in the 8th if Burnett faltered. We need this win.

Hell yes Michael Morse. He's showing why he was worth waiting for.

Sucks that Det faltered at the end, but I'm encouraged with him moving forward. Getting back into the swing of starting and if he pitches like he did until the end would be great.
