the one to Harris was probably a ball but I can't argue with the one on Bard.

good point. he is right. Lannan was throwing 86-87.

and Riggleman had him throw 114 pitches despite having decreased velocity and a rough night

I missed most of the game, but if that's all the velocity he could muster, that's way below his average and he needs all 89-90 mph to be successful.
