Why is Sutton complaining about a balk when there was no one on base?  :?

What's Kearns' average since coming back? He's been hitting pretty well, hasn't he? WTF is everyone on him for?
he's somewhere between .260 and .270 I imagine

Wouldn't it have counted as a ball and Flores would have walked?

That inning was brought to you by Ryan Zimmerman.... great at-bat by him earlier taking all of 12 pitches from Gagne and kept the inning going.  Those additional pitches most likely weakened Gagne for Kearns and Milledge.

Gagne was definitely a juicer.

The Rangers put up 20 hits and 15 runs in Baltimore today.

Kinsler had 5 hits and 3 RBIs. Marlon Byrd had 4 hits and 4 RBIs.

I think because Gagne had been doing it all inning, even while Zimmerman was on base, and he was just pointing it out.

kearns is hitting .290 this month (not counting today) and hit .256 last month, so his average since coming back is around .265. Not too shabby, just about his career average. he actually only had 4 Ks in 31 ABs coming into today this month

How much do you think Zimm's patient, 12 pitch double did to Gagne's head?

Batting Avgs are of little use for evaluating a player, first off.  If you want to look at a batting average that matters, than look no further than one of the lowest avg with RISP on the team, .195, held by AK.

Also: SEE OPS.  .624 for an outfielder is busch league.

That would be news to me.

The Orioles don't fare well against the Rangers, do they. It could have been worse. It has been worse. It's been *twice* as bad. :)

Kinsler had 5 hits and 3 RBIs. Marlon Byrd had 4 hits and 4 RBIs.

9 hits and 15 runs less than last year. The O's are improving.

Well that makes more sense but he probably should've clarified his statement.
