Wil has done a great job.
I'm a Nieves fan, I'm very happy to have him get the lion's share of the starts. He gets a lot of leverage (meaning, he's clutch) out of his otherwise meager offensive stats, and he blocks the plate and throws well. I'm less sure of his game calling ability, but I've always enjoyed watching his emphatic pitch location instructions to the pitchers. He can even steal a base for you once in a while.
Just don't ask him to do that suicide bunt thing again.
