Iguchi singled to right, Gerut scored, Gonzalez to third, Iguchi to second on right fielder Dukes´ throwing error.

MILLEDGE HOMERS!!!!!!!!

Nationals
Padres

5 runs is like 15 against San Diego.

Way to serve up a pitch to a guy who hit a GS.

Man Holliday is bad at judging fly balls. I sort of miss Carpenter.  :?

Holliday is pretty bad (now) on the overall, IMO. I don't get why JMad likes him so much.

He can sure kill a hanging breaking ball. Milledge is never going to hit 30 HRs but maybe 15-20 one day?

Electrifying, Dukes. Electrifying. You know what else is electrifying? A cattle prod to my crotch.

Man, you know the day is going to come when a piece of one of those broken bats is going to stick into a player's leg (or worse) and end his career. :?  They need to do something about that.

Pena and Dukes are the two worst hitters in baseball.

He's a really good guy but he's sort of out of his element. He's better doing pbp for bball and football for Maryland.

I do enjoy him and Ray Knight working together on the pre/post game shows though.

Carpenter isn't perfect but he's always pretty enthusiastic and exciting.

Maybe more once he becomes a better contact hitter. He's got the bat speed to do it.

Good job of throwing strikes, Perez! Very important not to walk the lead-off guy.

That guy's gotta be related to Trevor Hoffman.

Listening to Lo Doca ruminating as a TV head while Flores is on a tear seems fairly appropriate...

Great inning. I'd let Perez keep going but surely Manny is going to PH for him here.  :?
