if he beats the Yanks and Sox twice in one week he won't get his ass handed to him start after start. even if he does I would rather him get his ass kicked up here than Olsen.
I'm not satisfied with anyone getting their ass handed to him. I don't care if it's a young prospect or a veteran. I want my team to win. That's my main objective. I don't root for prospects. I root for the Nats.
And I'm sure there are examples of players doing well over a short span and then going in the tank so don't say that the scenario I suggested is impossible.
