I thought that as well.  Falldown Stairs didn't get his 2nd hit till ... never.

I thought he got 2 or 3 and I looked it up. He was 10 for 65 with 23 K's.

Werth seems to be back to last season's form.

Werthless with the 44.4% strikeout rate.

Bernadina and LaRoche had good bounce back games today.  Great to see.

That is game over. What a bailout. We had them on the ropes and now the momentum has completely turned.

There's no way this offense score 3 more runs today so....

 :lmao:

LoD is priceless.

Stop right there. It's only those two who make a habit out of doing that crap only to have crap smeared on their face time and time again.

Had to follow the final 6 innings of the game today on my phone. Glad we got the W, and glad to see we actually have a bench this year. Crazy how that does wonders for a team.

Let's get the sweep tomorrow!

Just got home and am watching the game, got the Chicago broadcast, so not sure if it came through on MASN, but when Tracy got his hit to take the lead, it sounded like all of Wrigley yelled "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" all at the same time once the ball got through the infield.  That was pretty great.

At that point I was in outfield hoping not to get ass kicked

I believe it.  They showed you on the MASN broadcast after that hit and that's kinda what it looked like.  lol.  Fun to have scoreboard in games like this.

Saw a great tweet (from the twitter account for Michael Morse's Beard, which sounds ridiculous when you actually say it...) that basically said this was the type of rally the Nats were always on the other side of in years past, even vs. the bad teams.  Nice to be on the other side of that.

Seriously someone send it my Uncle Teddy and get it on the scoreboard to go with the sub horn.
