Has anyone heard anything about the Nationals saying that Riggleman will not be back next year.  Today(Last night?) on the MLB-network during Quick Pitch they said that the Nationals will be looking for a new field general next season.  I know Riggleman is here on a interim but that doesn't mean he won't be back.
he won't be back. obviously they won't announce it until a few weeks after the season ends.

there's your answer Ed Stroud.

That is why Riggleman won't be back next year.

You mean a complete pitcher?

Why don't the Nationals move Dukes to the 5th spot and Hammer down a spot or two

Belliard's swing looks a lot better.

I deleted SF's 1293812039713612983612938th Nat-hating trollpost and I'm confessing to everyone that I did so because I don't care.  Tired of you flaming your own team.

Could use him at 2nd right now . . .

But that's short sighted.

I don't consider Livan part of this team. He has no business being on a Major League roster. I'm sorry I don't get nostalgic like most on here.

He is here just to feel a temporary need.

It isn't nostalgia, it's that those of us who aren't caught up playing favorites like a back-of-the-rotation pitcher who goes deep and gives his team a good chance to win 2 times out of 3.  Grow up.

No it's not, the Nationals got rid of all their true 2nd basemen and as always have created a mess

Umpire Phil Kazee reminds me of 2 things:

1) Kazan from The Cube

2) Armand Tamazarian

This has been a team loss :bang:
