The Mets scorer screwed Bergman a bit.  He should only have 2 ER, not 3.

Reconstructing the inning without errors:

Beltran steals 2b, not a double steal, so Murphy stays at 3b, runners 2b and 3b, 2 out

From yahoo sports;

- C. Beltran stole second, D. Murphy scored, C. Beltran to third on W. Nieves' throwing error

i just can't believe our organization sits around and accepts this losing.  it all starts with the owners and stretches down thru the front office to manager and the players.
As long as you leave my ticket rep. out of that, she's been a pleasure to work with, and has proved what a great person she is too (she's also a hottie, but that's besides the point).   :)

Heh.  In comes our 6.43 ERA "closer"
And he gives us 3 quick outs on 8 pitches when it doesn't mean a damn thing.

0-8 on the road so far this season. 0 for our last 16 on the road dating back to last year.

Exactly.  That's where I got it from.  Only Beltran was awarded an SB.  Murphy's advance was due to the error - no double steal.

Maxwell rocks that ball... but he'll never PH when it matters.  Sweet.

yeah, we could have used him last night in the 9th inning trailing by 1. no, instead Acta uses Cintron.

But then it lists 3 earned runs. Go figure.

Pathetic. He lost it when Dukes lost the ball in the sun and it went downhill fast.  He doesn't have the mental toughness to play at this level.

That's my point, there should only be 2.  Mets scorekeeper needs to go back to HS games.

Yeah, that's always been his problem.

Ryan Wagner just loaded the bases in the 9th against the Mets' AAA team with a 6-5 lead but got Jesus Feliciano to hit into a DP to preserve the victory.

Clippard who pitched 2 innings in relief got his second win of the season.
