But why would his replacement be any better if he's being signed by the same people who signed Manny Acta/Daniel Cabrera?

lol, I have no answer to that. You're unfortunately right, they'll probably hire someone even worse. But as pessimistic as I've been about this team -the two Zimms and Dunn this year, I've got to have some hope. Our manager is so bad now in regards to pitching +Milledge at leadoff, there can't be anywhere to go but up, can there? *remembers the FO we have* We're screwed. :)

Nieves hurts us by getting out.

Villone gets left in the pen.

And crap Kensing gets dragged back out there.

because he's a douchebag and just cost us this game. we should trade him now while he is "hot".

Daniel Cabrera cost us this game because he wouldn't/couldn't throw a strike.  It would have happened eventually, next inning.  Willingham's error just pushed it forward a little.

WTF? You defend one of the worst pitchers in the majors yet make this comment? After last season, our offense is beyond god-like. No one could have hoped for the offense we've seen this season, particularly after last. They've been stellar. Dunn, Zimmerman, Johnson, Guz, Flores batting almost .315!!! Seriously, you're not that nuts to put them down for hyping our offense and yet defending Cabrera.

I agree. That dude still should have caught that routine fly ball.

I'm the biggest opponent to Cabrera still being on this team. he has to GOOOOOOOOO

Wrong.

Nats are one of the 10 best offenses in the game.

observation: Willingham and Dunn have the two worst outfield arms in baseball.

This is the **** I'm talking about. Why the **** do you leave Kensing in after last inning?!?! We had a chance at coming back from this deficit with our offense. Now you leave him in and we're freaked so badly that there is no comeback. This is why Manny needs to go. If we score a few more runs and still lose, it's another loss on Manny's head. Like I said, with a *decent* manager we'd very likely be over .500 now and this shows why.

Between Florida and Washington this year, Kensing has given up 26 hits and 9 walks in 12.1 IP!

That's a 2.84 WHIP!! His ERA is 12.41.

I'm guessing you've never seen Pierre throw the ball.

He was the only one warming up. He would've been in.

people said we didn't give up much. but I'd rather have that 48th round pick back (Gunderson) over Kensing.

terrible move by Rizzo.

Yes he is, he is nuts. Hes so nuts hes loved Dukes' to match his equal nuts status.

I dunno, defending Cabrera and yet nagging at our offense is a whole new level of nuts that even I didn't think he had in him. But you're right, I guess he does.

I like Jordanna Brewster.
She comes from good stock, the first SI swimsuit issue I ever took notice of growing up had her Mom, Maria Joao from Brazil, on the cover.

If we gave up a bag of peanuts, it would be too much for Kensing!

Doubtful, that play clearly rattled Cabrera.  He's got a fragile mentality.  If Willingham makes the catch he probably would have been ok.

If he doesn't give the free pass to Winn with the HBP, the inning ends before the play to Willingham.

Regardless, if Cabrera lets the play to Willingham rattle him, he shouldn't be pitching. He shouldn't be pitching anyway, because he is a disgrace. Willingham's play allowed two runs to score. Cabrera's pitching made it all possible, and he cost the team more than everyone else combined.

Cabrera should be immediately released. He's garbage.
