I will never put faith in the QS stat again after watching Cabrera get one the other night somehow.
That's a bogus stat that helps pitchers when negotiating contracts. It also has sissy-fied pitchers so that now they are content being credited with a QS and can't/won't pitch deep into games. They should change the stat to be 6 IP 2 ER for NL games and 7 IP 3 ER for AL games.
