Unfortunately, today is a 4:07pm start

My hours are till 4:30.  So anything later than 4:30 would be great!

Capital Weather Gang NatCast has 'A jacket would be a good idea, especially since the sun sets before the end of the game. Let's hope it isn't the end of the playoffs' with 60 at first pitch, mid-50's by ninth inning, 1% chance of rain.

---

In TBSITH as always, once again rocking the Expos sweatshirt. There's a Wizards pre-season match at 19.00 which will be the first-ever use of ticket cards (like the Nats are doing next season) - if today's match turns into another lopsided pasting like yesterday I may just head up there.

I do too. I feel like being pushed against the wall is exactly what we need. STEP IT UP

Definitely going. The wife seems less than enthused so if anyone is looking for a single seat, I am sure she wouldn't mind.

If you're serious I'm still looking for a ticket. Otherwise StubHub prices are trending down slowly so I am going to see how low they get.

...who can clinch their first playoff berth since 2007 Saturday-after-next (win or draw at RFK against Crew does it).

We'll be there today, Ms1995hoo arriving late since she took off work yesterday and can't do so today. 418 D today after being in 418 J yesterday. I like the view from up there, but man, the people to our left were annoying—CONSTANTLY entering and exiting to go to the concessions/toilets, and one of the three women in the group (with one guy) was utterly clueless. At one point she was asking when halftime would be so she could go to the concessions without missing the game. Normally I'd assume that was a joke, but her other airheaded comments made me believe otherwise.

Based on how it feels outside this morning, I think a jacket or sweatshirt is a must. It's supposed to be colder Thursday night than it was last night and cooler today than it was yesterday.

A friend of mine already snatched today and tomorrow up. I wouldn't be surprised if I have some an extra for some NLCS games though.

That's fine, I don't want to take anyone's place. Still stalking stub hub.

And thankfully I got enough tickets for the NLCS game! So hopefully those go to someone who is deserving.

EDIT: Currently there are some tickets going in Outfield Reserve 143 row L for 27.50 but you need to buy two tickets or more  :icon_frown: There are some good deals out there for those of you who are on the fence about going to this game.

A few have opened up behind TBSITH - a pair in row B for $80 each, and 2-4 in row D for $55 each.

Total availability for today now 3,315 starting at $22.

You can always just buy one at the stadium. All that crap about them tightening up on scalping was bullcrap. Not only were they out there in full force I actually ended up selling a couple yesterday at the last minute.

But then I start to worry  but yeah, there were a ton of scalpers. However I'd rather go with the sure bet and get them on stubhub. And I don't HAVE to go, but I'd really like to, so if I don't get tickets I'm not going to beat myself up about it.

Gates are opening at 1:30, correct? I was thinking about shooting for 2:00 to 2:30 at the latest based on yesterday's parking situation, and since I need to run two or three errands on the way, perhaps I should just leave at noon.

The E-mail sent to STH on Tuesday says '2 1/2 hours prior to game time', so that is correct.

Yep, I was on my way, home now!

I guess I should tell him to get back to work, but that would mean that I should, too!

Got here 25 minutes ago. Less breeze than yesterday so it feels warmer in the sun, but that won't last through the game. Beautiful day.
