Johnson could have at least had the ball as well to save the 3rd run from going home. Gonzalez didn't make the play though, mostly on him. He hasn't been playing well at short at all.

I don't know what's freaking happened to Alberto. He used to be a great SS but now that he is playing everyday he is just garbage. Can't make a throw on the money to save his life.

definitely a confidence thing. We have seen him play the position, he can do it, just not recently.

Martis was to blame the most though. 2 outs and no one on and he completely melted down like a nag.

you have to at least challenge Chipper and McCann to make them earn their way on base.
