Bob, there are going to be plenty of tickets available every September until we start winning.  Strasburg starts are meaningless at this point.

Damn, Marrero really whipped that bat past a couple of skulls.

Haha, Astros give away a couple of bases to Espy.

There's only one (WB Mason) in MD.  None in DC.

Then I wonder why they're speanding all this freakin' money for the MASN ads.

I didn't say she was ugly. I just basically said that her look doesn't quite appeal to me.

Not everyone likes a chick with the face of Axl Rose and a body that's a 10.

True.  The Redskins are showing a pulse, the Nats aren't at the moment.  People pick up on that vibe.

Yeah that's all part of my writing... I know the font size is different.

So it's good that he uses the cutter but not when he only uses it around 25% of the time.

Also, tomterp is going to rip you for using "fair" instead of "fare".

Basically, the more he throws it, the better he is.

When he throws over it 30% of the time his ERA was in the 2's.

If you want to talk hitting, Marrero is already, technically, a better hitter than either Desmond or Espinosa.

Yeah but throwing it at just under 30% spells total disaster. Decent piece nonetheless.

Sad but true, I haven't been able to keep up with my WNFF reading the last few weeks.

In my mind Linty is always going to be a "should of - could of" guy, but the fair thing is a new one for me.

It was over a year ago... I feel like I've actually learned a thing or two since then.

Stammen looks good - but it may just be seeing his low 90's stuff vs. Milone's mid/high 80's.

But I do think Stammen could be a decent #5 starter in the bigs.

I think Stammen could be the extra starter next March who finally drives Livo to the bullpen. Peacock? Not yet. Milone? So far, no.

He's a first baseman, he damn well better be.

Unfortunately. If he could just play 2B...

I've noticed you haven't been around lately because some of my posts in the BWT have skated by longer than usual.

Just in case anyone's interested, I've enabled the default theme for SMF 2.0.  You can select it under Profile > Look and Layout > Current Theme (change).  "Core" is the "old"/current forum theme.  "Curve" is the 2.0 theme (which I will be re-skinning with Nats-appropriate bells and whistles when I have time)
