You were the GM of the Nationals, and the Owners told you that you had to blow the team up and rebuild it from scratch. The Owner laid down the following rules"
1) You can only keep 5 players from the Current Active Roster(I'm adding Nick Johnson back to the active roster for this discussion). You can designate 1 additional Player on the Active Roster as "trade bait". The rest will be cut prior to your rebuilding.
2) You can only keep 10 Players from the Current New Orleans Roster(Rehab Assignments Count). You can designate 3 additional players as "trade bait". The rest will be cut prior to your rebuilding.
3) You can keep the rest of the Minor League System from Harrisburg, on down.
