Nice.

It's my birthday, so I'll go do something happy rather than watching us get clobbered 78-0.

Happy Birthday, hope the Nats give you something to be happy about.

And 3 outs in the 1st. Not so bad afterall.

I heared that the Nats haven't scored in the first 3 innings of the other games.
So that means we have to wait until the 4th and keep the Cubs from scoring until then...

I thought maybe you meant like letting him get away.

Nah, he'll probably be a Nat until he's 29 or 30. Then he'll probably go to the Mets, Red Sox, or Yankees if he does well here.

It's funny to hear a dude had a chicken salad, even though I've had one or two in my days.   Miles better than saying you drank a Diet Coke.  :?

Milledge has had an awful week.

He is by far the streakiest player on this team, but I think a lot of it can be attributed to his youth.

A ball (that would went over) over 3rd base is foul?

Harden's got great movement on all of his pitches.

just nasty stuff today.  Id be surprised if any of our guys got solid contact.

For an in-depth look at Harden, check out this piece by Alex Eisenberg written a few weeks ago:

Exactly. The more pitches he sees in the Bigs, the longer his hot streaks will be. I have no doubt that he'll be a good one.

I don't understand your question.

I think it is a reference to the one play that Ramirez touched the ball that was close to still being fair (third base line), but they called it foul

DeRosa has been great this season. That was definitely a Wrigley Field homer, though.

They called the hit from Milledge a foul.
I thought it would have gone over 3rd base. I dont know if that's a foul or just save.

Bergmann really doesn't want to be in our rotation does he?

Looks like Jay Bergmann showed up today, instead of his more efficient counterpart Jason.
