OT: Have you guys ever known a chick that does not like sports yet she insists on calling you to ask "how was the game?" or "how is the game going?" just to show that she's interested in you? That crap is so freaking annoying.
Yes, that's very annoying.

It's annoying, but it's better than having a total anti-sports Nazi nag.

Harden is only 26 years old.  Future multiple Cy Young winner.

Sutton throwing Shell under the bus.  Bergmann probably didn't deserve that last run credited to him but he also got away with some pitches that would've been home runs had the wind not blown them back.

I can see how one could be annoyed.  I tend to view it as a good thing, at least she recognizes the importance of the game rather than the alternative.  If she starts out not understanding what it means to you, it only spells trouble down the road.

True but I don't freak with nages like that. Well actually I do but not for more than a week.

Yeah that one is real good one.  I usually can figure out the endings to movies like that long before the film nears el fin, but that one had me guessing the whole way.

while I don't want to celebrate over an injury to anyone, this is "good" news for the Skins.  They will probably move Kika back to DL

He's cheating on Hanrahan.

Ah the sensitive perspective. I get your point but after they've been told that it's annoying and that they don't score extra points for feigning interest it becomes a point of contention in itself. I told one to stop asking me and that in return I promise never to ask about the latest episode of "The Bachelor".

Oh man. That's good for us, but I never like to hear that about solid young players.

That's horrible. I can't stand the preseason. I can stomach players getting hurt during the first play of the regular season because that's the way things go but I cannot stand it in meaningless games. Maybe Strahan will come back.

I can agree with that.  I mean, its safe to say that it is not easy dealing with women.  Even if you get blessed with a girl that loves sports, something about her will piss you off eventually.  I guess, I would just rather not have that "something" be lack of any comprehension for the importance of sport.

Yeah that sucks. I would have been furious if Taylor was out for longer than a week or two.
