they aren't bad but they aren't that good either. we saw it last year. Florida went 14-3 against Washington last year and 70-74 against the rest of the league.

They are an average team who looks far better than they are against the Nats for whatever reason.

Their pitching staff is better now and they have good young hitters.

he's a good hitter with great speed. he also plays very good defense and he's versatile (2B, 3B, CF, RF). he's also still only 23.
I don't question his tools, etc.

But jeez, let's wait until a half-season has passed before we splooge over him.

This is akin to how AZ fell in love with Dukes just because of one mammoth HR at Yankee Stadium.  You Boni-fans realize you're no better with what you're doing right now, right?

Not Dunn's fault that RZ has his bat up his ass.

If someone were to watch this series they would think that the Marlins were the best team in the history of baseball.

When in fact they will be lucky to win 80 games.

I don't know...if we had Florida's roster, I think we'd all be talking about a run at the division.

good young hitters? sure if they get to face the Nats 162 times a year

The Marlins will finish 4th in the division unless the Phillies really tank. The Braves and Mets will both win 85+ games.

The Nats outhit the Fish last night, by two or three. Of course, they out-errored them as well.

I'm new here, so hello.

I hate the fish. This series has been incredibly difficult to watch outside of the first inning today. Do we even have a hit since the first game? Ugh.

Or more likely he doesn't, so that you can masturbate into your own mouth, gargle it loudly for attention, then spit it on Dunn's card and beam proudly and wait for everyone to tell you what a good boy you are.

This totally sucks.  I want to change my avatar to a photo of Emilio Bonifacio with the caption "I OWN YOU" under it.

But I made a promise so Donkey better get going on his homers.

Our pitchers have been just awful. Look what happened when Tavares, who can throw filth, faced them last night.

Kearns is the best hitter on the team. I would have laughed if someone told me that two months ago.

Nick the Stick is better. He's .500 as of last night. Kearns was .333.

If I had one large enough to pull that off, I'd totally get more chicks.

And after I was finished I'd say MMMMM MMMM nag!

I keep thinking that I'm responding to NOTLD. During that whole conversation we had earlier about NJ, I thought I was talking to NOTLD.

Alberto Gonzalez can rake and play gold glove defense. He should be the everyday 2B man until he proves he is incapable.

This team once again proves how stupid they are. Why in the freaking crap is Josh Bard on this roster?

Thanks for that pick-up Rizzo you dummy.  :bang:
