Unless you're a packers fan, it's safe to assume the owners only care about the fans to the extent they can get them to pay more. The best you can hope for is an owner like Ilitch who is willing to spend to win or an ownership with a 'win and draw in more fans' business plan as opposed to 'revenue sharing + tv dollars is enough" plan
At least most owners don't act like they are the most "fan-friendly" owner out there.
