No nicknames. Not after Philadelphia's fiasco a few years ago.

I laughed at blue's post as well.    Then, I became worried.    :)

Reminds me of my mom.    We'd have conversations and she would start in the middle of a thought.    I'd tell her, "Mom, the first part of your sentence was in your head.   You gotta fill me in on the rest."    She knew.   She would laugh.

My wife and I have had some interesting conversations over the years.  My initial response to her is generally "What?"

My deflection tactic is "huh?".     She then goes into her "you need to get your hearing checked" routine and we move on to something else.    Because of my poor hearing, I often have interesting conversations when I hear everything they say.    The problem is I only pick up 80 or 90% so there's gaps.    :)

Had my hearing checked again on Tuesday.  It's as bad as I knew it was.  Kinda wasted the afternoon having it checked...

I hear ya.   ;)    I was talking to a buddy of mine in Colorado.    Told him I had a hard time hearing him.   He asked is my hearing bad.   I told him, "Let me see.   I played in a band.   I worked in the steel mill.    I was a DJ.    I was in the infantry.   DJ'd again in a club.    Worked in IT.   Ride straight pipe motorcycles.    Chances are, I have hearing problems."      I'm not even getting my ears checked.    I go to the doctor and all they talk about is a man my age having a prostate check and a colonoscopy.    Pops had a great philosophy  ...  "Feet first on a gurney".

That's actually pretty decent.

Five Guys, meh.  I mean, I get it, but the Lerners would never go for it without a big sponsorship contract.    :$$$:

The Rotation. See it's capitalized so they can trademark it and get rich.

No nicknames until they win a title.

The Hogs weren't the Hogs until the Skins started winning titles.
