I'm a little shocked that Cabrera will likely face no major consequences for his actions.  I'm not a huge fan of the NFL's conduct policy, but that is a whole lot better than no action.

Actually, it is Florida so the only thing you can hit on the road and be put away for life is a manatee.

I don't get the dog comment.  What Vick did was terrible.  He was punished for it and served his debt to society. 

I don't think driving around when you're hammered enough to do what Cabrera did is model behavior, either.
