Ramos is a hired gun. Raised from a young age to become an assassin, his employer devised a plan to use a baseball career as a front for a mission that would lead to the death of his associates' rival. Today, 20 years after beginning his training, Ramos "accidentally" released his bat into the crowd, killing the man that his employer had wanted dead all along. Ramos will now retire due to "family reasons" and continue his life of crime under a new persona.

How has it worked for the other 13 games this season?

We need to score runs early and often. If the opposing pitcher's pitch count is run up in the process so be it. We need hits and runs.

We're 7-7, I'd say it's working out better than some of us expected so far

Definitely, but it's not a formula that will last.

This is a starter we should destroy.

Good start for Livo though

Maybe my expectations are really low, but that was a pretty nice catch for Morse.

Unrelated GD thread chatter:

I saw this baseball simulation thing earlier, and it was already over a decade into the future.  They had only three changes to existing franchises.  One of them was the Nats moving back to Montreal. >:(

lol, I guess I'm not surprised at how few people outside the fanbase know that we have a 30 year deal.

Marco Estrada on pace for a career game. He'll never have a start as good as this one for the rest of his career either :?

Definitely would've been nice to have AlGo batting and playing 3B for this game instead of Hairston.
