the kid has power from both sides of the plate, and clearly wants to swing the bat. The leadoff spot is getting him more at bats, but it doesn't seem like the right spot for him.

So much for Houston being 32-18 after the ASB coming into this series.

Agreed.  Keeping Dunn and getting an OF like Coco Crisp for the leadoff spot seems like a better short and long term plan.  I would like to see Nosa spend most of next year in the 7-8 spots until he gets completely up to speed.

SSS math - 550 ABs = 45 HRs, 112 RBIs.

I don't know if I'm doing the math right but whatever calculations I did, I have Espinosa hitting 42 homers in a year.

I still don't think Espinosa is ready for the big leagues, but I'm at least confident now that he could hit better next year than Adam Kennedy did this year.

Out.  Ball was almost out of the glove, but he never lost control of it.

.233 Batting average, .273 OBP. Huge amounts of Strikeouts. He has the potential to be next year's Maxwell if his flyballs aren't flying out the park.

What's the cutoff for being a rookie? 125 AB's?

Hope Danny doesn't reach it in September.

This is one of my pet peeves. Knight was making a great point then you get a guy ( Bob) that says... " Now we need to get 6 more outs, Ray." Knight wasn't saying the "Fat lady was warming up" or start the bus, or rounding third and heading for home, or this one belongs to the Reds or this game is over...he was saying the guys have played awesome up to this point!

Great point ... I think Bob tries to project entirely toooooo much.
