They just don't want you to have hard things that can become weapons. I bring a small backpack with peanuts, a water bottle, backup clothing/raingear, and hide the flask - good to go.

At Nationals Park, Raging nag Belgian-Style IPA, UnderDog, and Snake Dog will be sold in general concession areas, the Red Loft Bar, and the Red Porch Bar.
It appears that 'in seat service' for the Red Porch Regulars will not be an option in 2013 - sadness.
Tell me about the 300 level? What's on it that might be worth an extra 20 bucks?
anyone use the MLB "At the park" app at the exhibition?
Meanwhile, thirsty fans pay the most at Washington Nationals games -- where, unless they take advantage of a $5 drink special before the first pitch, the cheapest beer available is a 16-ounce can for $8. For half that, beer drinkers can get a 12-ounce draft at Cleveland Indians games. The best deal? A 14-ounce beer for $4 at Arizona Diamondbacks' Chase Field.
I just read a Tweet from last night claiming that beers are now $9 at the park, I believe that it was posted before midnight, but could be an April Fools, any confirmation?
Why is it that we are so lucky to have the highest beer prices in MLB? Old man Lerner still thinking he can take it with him.Via @NatsNQhttp://money.cnn.com/2013/03/31/pf/baseball-prices/index.html?iid=HP_LN
That's not new.
$9 from the vendors? Thought it was 8 last year, bull crap in any case.
$9 for domestic, $9.75 for the good stuff (in the latter case it's that price both at the concessions and sold-in-stands).
