The Bond double feature will be repeated tomorrow at 2 pm.  The big difference with the zillion other TV airings is that TCM is airing it UNCUT with NO commercial interruptions.

(Image removed from quote.)

ANOTHER home run.  Randy St Claire NEVER prepares for a game.

Los Nacionales 0
Cardinales 5

QFT. Instead of preparing our pitchers (and catchers) on how to get out the likes of Pujols and Hanley Ramirez it's like St. Claire tells them to throw the ball where they like to hit it.

we never get out the good players on other teams.

sadly, i don't think we're going to have any "defining moments" in 2009. at least last year we had a bunch of walk-off wins, but this yr is setting up to be one big crap show.

Pete Orr just cracked a 3-Run shot for the Chiefs. They are up 6-1 and are well on their way to their 7th win in a row. I seriously believe they could beat the crap out of the Nats.

Manny Acta is the biggest clown in sports.  This bum Kensing has no business being on a roster, along with the multiple "ez's".  Tavares, Gonzalez, Nieves, Hernadez.

true. we have had plenty of opportunities for walk-off wins already this year and we have lost every damn game.

this is just going to be an awful year all the way around.

having a team that scores a few more runs which everyone clamored for in the off-season makes it no more enjoyable than past years. Truthfully, I would rather lose games 3-1 than 9-5 every night.

I honestly have no idea why AK isn't starting every game.  Best defensive outfielder, hitting for great power, and is always on base.  That's Manny for you.

So what you're saying is you want to go back to 2005?  But I thought we've been "building from the ground up" since then?!?  :o

And you criticize Dukes for not being able to spell.

I'd just prefer to have a good pitching team with little offense to a team with a decent (but not great) offense and awful pitching.

If we fail to score this inning I'll probably give up hope for this game.

Yep...you want 2005 team then.  Great to see how far we've come isn't it?  Everybody enjoy that mouth full of solid waste that they've been feeding you for the past three years?   :?

Acta has to go. it might not make a difference but seriously why the hell is he still here?

Rizzo is an abomination. I see all of his supporters have gone extinct.

the present sucks but we'll be good eventually. for everyone's sake I hope it's sooner rather than later.

we have too much talent not to be better.

Who the hell cares how we spell their names? They certainly don't give a crap when they go out of the dugout with the team name misspelled on their jerseys or when their own beat writers completely botch their names. You know, guys like Babylon Leedstrikes.
