Your All-Star team is a great example of wishful thinking.  The Nationals WILL not have three All-Stars.  If I may, I'm going to do some digging, then come up with an intelligent response to your question.  This thread has potential to be a fun pool, similar to the "Guess the Nationals Roster" pool run by Ken (which I won ).
