Bernie Streeter should open an Arby's at Nationals Park.  I hear the curly fries are delicious.  I don't eat them myself.
The shakes are good, try the jamocha.

I remember Phil used to be on WTEM, mostly on the weekends, when it was on 570 am and I distinctly remember him doing the show by phone from his home near/in Baltimore and he was describing the uniforms he had in his basement that were displayed on mannequins.

Nice!

If I knew how to set that one up to make it a Classic Quote, I would. Definitely deserving.

As does Debbi Taylor but that hasn't stopped MASN from featuring her all the time during games :?

I was thinking earlier - can you imagine if Debbie Taylor and Clint mated?  They'd have the most unbearable interviewers as offspring.

Dunno, I've heard it said about Garrison Keillor many times.

Perhaps the greatest radio personality of our time:

KEITH HERNANDEZ IS AN IDIOT. he was dumbfounded that dukes thought that last pitch was high, WHEN HE REALLY WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE RIDICULOUS 10 FOOT STRIKE ZONE OF THE UMP. the first pitch of the at bat was too high, and that last one was low.

You're a retard.  They were both strikes.  Dukes is a baby.

No chance of rain tonight. They'll play.  I can't wait to see who the Mets start on Wednesday. I hope it's Armas.

Those MET wimps are praying for rain tonight.

How can you post a link to a story and not read the story to realize that was yesterday's story and it was talking about last night's game?   :?   Besides, our rotation also could've benefited from a rain out but it's all good now that we won that game.

Sorry, after the link on the cheering bit, it was on the side as a "RELATED STORY".  So I thought it was the same day.   :-[

I think it's tied for 4th or 5th largest ever, but I can find a way to view thread stats beyond the top 10, so I'm not sure.  In any case it's been ~18 hours since the game ended, time to lock this one up and get ready for tonight 8)
