Using the word "coed" proves you are geezing. :)

Why would you want them to be normal ?

The Sport & Health in Ballston has a sizable crowd in the 25-40 age range.  But also a fair number of old farts like me who try not to get caught staring at a coed now and then.

We pulled the trigger and joined Sport and Health yesterday.  Pretty nice that we can use all of the S&H facilities until May thanks to the pool renovations and that the two CC gyms are always ours.

Time to get off the interwebz and get ready to hit the elliptical.

HeHeHe - ok, so I'm geezing.  But help me - what would be a better term ?

Much like all of my appointments at the hematologist and pulmonologist, I was the youngest person in S&H this morning.  Great workout though and my bike seems to not be too weary from the wear of moving and sitting out on the balcony.  My new method of transportation in the Danger Zone™:

I will watch out for you on your bike when I am walking through the Crystal City Underground.  Have you figured out a way to get that thing up the escalator between the even side of Crystal (with Caribou) and Chickfil-A) and the odd side (by Noodles and Cosi)?
