You know things are really bad when Colome is our new, great hope.

Yes, and he lasts long enough to allow two baserunners and record no outs.

The sad thing is that his days as a National should have been over a long time ago, but apparently someone thinks that the guy needs a 4th or 5th chance to show his stuff.

Maybe Colome will get another cyst on his ass like he did last year.
That was the year before last, ever since then all his troubles have been behind him...

Is COlome our second best pitcher now?  :?

"Best" is not a word to describe any of the Nationals relievers in 2009.
Unless you say Best Stinking Pitcher

No pitching coach.  Home run to Ryan Howard.
Please Fire Randy St. Claire and Many Acta... tonight.

nacionales 4
fillys 6

No they actually said we would draft him. Olney said he has talked to 12 scouts and they all said that he is the best pitching prospect they have ever seen. They also said they think he is better than AJ Burnett RIGHT NOW! Olney said that what the Nats should do is offer him something in the 18-20 million dollar range on the day they draft him and tell him that the offer will not go down but it will not go up either. He says that anyone would be a fool to turn down double what the highest signing bonus was previously.

WE knew it was just a matter of time before our bullcrappen ruind this game.

This team makes being a fan of it so difficult.  How can we explain it? How can we explain being a fan of the Washington Nationals?
