Bases loaded, no outs, and we get one freaking run.  Dammit.

And that was a fluke run on a chopper.

This win was gifted on a platter and we couldn't do crap.

Rizzo has to go. He's not fit to run this team. Not even close

Lol at Holliday saying the Nats made it interesting. Marmol was horrible and we couldn't stop chasing pitches.

Not sure if anyone was watching TV in the first when Zim hit the homer, but I just watched the replay and Bob really screwed the call up: "...and Ryan Zimmerman is 20 games into his hitting streak [pause, where Bob probably remembers that this is number 19]...if he hits one tomorrow." :lmao:

Inexcusable. Desmond, Bixler, Werth, etc are all Minor Leaguers.

Rizzo has his head in the freaking sand.

That was a crappy loss.  Desmond and Bixler fail completely.  I think I'd rather see Antonelli and Lombo at this point.

Guys ... IAN DESMOND IS A GREAT LEADER AND GREAT TO HAVE IN THE LOCKER ROOM. PEOPLE LIKE HIM.

Ignore the fact that he's the worst hitter in the National League.

today is very fitting the nats would have a loss like this, seeing how it's the start of football.  thank god.

i'm sorry but battling for .500 isn't a good season in my eyes.  and no matter how much "young talent" we have, we still need outside help.  we won't get it with a $60 million payroll.

Got home in time to watch the bottom of the 8th and the Nats' 9th.    Pitiful  ...    I did enjoy watching TC rumble, tumble into first on the nice play by Nix.

Probably has a lot on his mind. Sort of like when Desmond was pregnant.

That was a very disgusting display by Bixler and Desmond. Bixler jumps out of the way of a pitch that would have tied the game and then swings at one 2 feet outside for strike 3 then Desmond swings at ball 4. Marmol was trying his best to give the game away but the Nats wouldn't take it. I am still p.o.'d about it.
