The Post/Preview buttons right justified is not good.

Visually it's bad.

Matter of opinion.  I can't say it makes any impression on me one way or the other.

I don't think I've ever seen the buttons there.  It's different.

It makes it harder to post on the iPhone.

Are the font faces/sizes defaulted in the software or did you pick them?

The modify post box is adjustable up and down.

Default.  Most of them are the same as they were before as far as I can tell.  Some of the sizes appear to have been tweaked though.  Why do you ask?

It was already adjustable if you use Firefox or Chrome ;)

But yeah, it's a nice touch anyway.

Just curious.  They seem somewhat random, particularly Comic Sans.

Oh, I thought you meant the text around the forum, not the dropdown in the post form.  And yeah, lol @ Comic Sans.

it's supposed to look mostly the same for now, the updated theme comes later.  there are lots of new features but mostly "the little things"

Chief ported the old theme to 2.0.  The spacing in some areas is a little wider, as is the column on the left where the avatar and other info resides.  It says "SMF 2.0" at the bottom.  Post/Preview buttons are right justified.  Other than that, not much should be noticeable.

There's more than that, but like I said, little things.  I'm updating the first post of this thread as I notice things or people post them.

Just in case anyone's interested, I've enabled the default theme for SMF 2.0.  You can select it under Profile > Look and Layout > Current Theme (change).  "Core" is the "old"/current forum theme.  "Curve" is the 2.0 theme (which I will be re-skinning with Nats-appropriate bells and whistles when I have time)

Curve is awesome. you should enable that as default for now, until you finish the Re-skin.
