I like the theme for the most part, but I have a question: why is the quoted text in a reply larger than the reply itself? It seems backwards, if anything. Or is that an individual setting I have wrong?
For those currently using the 2.0 theme - yeah I know the banner doesn't fit quite right or completely match the new color scheme, I'm working on it.  Would all 7 of you rather I take it down in the meantime or leave it up?

Something to do with margins in quotes. This is also why Obed's signature is a full computer-screen tall.

I'm not sure what you mean.  Quoted text is the same size as regular text, unless you're not referring to the actual text but rather the box in which quotes are presented.

I still have problems with the quote feature.  I click the quote icon on the post and a small window pops up saying, "Retrieving Quote" and nothing happens.

:(

A window, or a banner at the top of the page?  I'm not able to duplicate this problem as I don't have any computers with IE8 on them, but my advice would be to use something other than Internet Explorer 8, if you can.  If not, I'd collapse the quick reply box so that the quote button uses the standard reply form instead.

It's also possible you just happened to quote when I was screwing around with the template files.  In fact, this is probably the more likely explanation.

Maybe I'd have to capture a screen shot. The text in the quote box is at least a point size larger.

I'm afraid your eyes are playing tricks on you.  I installed the same browser you're using and took a screen shot and compared the letters side by side zoomed in 800%.  Same size.

Are you sure you haven't accidentally zoomed the page?  Try pressing CTRL-0 (zero)

I think the threads are too scrunched or too hard to distinguish from one another. I've tried to play with 2.0 a couple times but end up switching back to the default.

I've had this thought too, still experimenting with alternate layouts.

I collapsed the quick reply per your recommendations and that seems to have done the trick.  I'll try the non-IE8 option when I get home.  It's my only web browser here at work.

original style!  When I come to the site I always start by clicking on "unread posts since last visit", with the second choice above I can't jump to the last page of a thread.

Just click the "last post" icon under the "last post" column:

I'm going to post a few more options, just experimenting at this point.

My options have been resetting, like place first post at the top of the thread and always use WYSIWYG editor

This fixes one of the two issues I've run into.

The other one is that when I click on [more] to access the expansive smiley library, the first time I click it nothing happens, I have to click a second time to get the popup screen to appear.
