Scouts were right about his changeup though, it is not a good pitch.
He throws it about 11-13 MPH slower than his fastball but it just floats to the plate on a tee for the hitter. To get to the top level, he'll have to improve it.
There's no depth to it, but it can be improved and I think his progress in other areas bodes well for chances of improving his changeup.

IIRC he even said at the beginning of this year, that was the pitch he was developing and really needed to work on. but his fastball and curve are plus pitches.
