"We are covering the Ravens more than any other local station."  ....  Channel 9    Gawd help us all.    Two days in a row at 6 PM and NO mention of the Soriano deal.

As this board's CFL "expert", I can say he's a good coach.

Does he under or at least like offense?

His background is offense and Montreal's offence (Canadian spelling)  was very good, record setting a few years ago.

Matt Ryan just proved why he is not and should not be in the discussion of the upper echelon of QB's. His two turnovers were absolutely awful and inexcusable. On the last drive his throw was just too late which allowed the LB to bat it down. And it looked to me like he clearly panicked on the 4th down throw.

Carlos Rogers in a Super Bowl sickens me.  I guess it's good to get your eyes checked.

If there's a God, Flacco will prove the same thing.

To quote John Thompson, "When he was six years old no one ever told him to shut the hell up and sit down."

Definitely.

Baltimore owning the line of scrimmage right now. So far Brady seems to be predetermining where to go with the football before the snap because he's throwing into coverage when others are open. He may be feeling the pressure of the Ravens' pass rush.

Pats are/were wasting a lot of possession.

No doubt. Most football players are clueless about game situations. Hernandez should've gone out of bounds after his first down reception. He had no where to go but tried to make a move and ended up costing NE a timeout that could've been valuable in the final sequence. It's just plain stupid to do what he did. Also, Brady should've thrown the ball away on that last play and it would've given them at least two more plays.  :smh:

Is that the play where (to me) it looked like he spiked the defensive guy?

Flacco's specialty, throw it deep up for grabs and hope the receiver makes a play.

The excessive penalties on defensive players is ruining the game.  :hang:
