Zimmerman's streak, halfway to DiMaggio, is the first story at the MLB webpage.

Why would that shock you?

Because I've never heard of steroids making a young pitcher throw THAT much faster. He's lost 6-7 mph on his fastball. I don't know why, but I really doubt it's because he was on steroids.

Garrett Mock was the last pitcher I'd put in this situation.

You never heard that dude that pitched from the yankees say his fastball increased by 9 mph (from 86 to 95) after he started juicing? I thought Olsen lost 4-5 mph.

This ump should go put a noose around his neck after the game

You mean because he had to ump the Nationals for three games? Not a bad reason.

The umpiring in general has been awful this season.
I hope MLB looks into this, because it is becoming a common occurrence.

I think his name is Dan Naulty. I may have the numbers wrong but he said it increased his velocity and he would never have made MLB without juicing.

WHO?
Am I the only one that gets the Super Mario Brothers music in my head every time he comes up to bat?
They should use that as his intro music

I'd use Tavarez right now.

we need 2 innings from a reliever.
