Hill is similar to Maholm and could give the Nats fits tonight.

Big test for Zimmermann. He has been really hittable lately and if he continues to leave the ball over the plate tonight they will crush him.

He's been bad in the 1st, and Orioles have been very good in the first.

I don't understand why they are doing the joint announcers thing again this year. :bang:

a few years ago each team did their own broadcast when the teams faced each other. cheap aholes

I think you're mistaken.  It's Bob and Rob on all three channels.

Unfortunately that probably means we'll be stuck with O's announcers when the team goes to Baltimore.

oh damn. I thought they said yesterday that Palmer would be joining them in the booth and that Hunter and Carpenter would be splitting PBP duties.

It's possible, they might switch it up halfway through the game or between games.

I'll say this much - The O's announcers make me thankful for Dibble and Carpenter.

This Famous Dave's commercial might actually be worse than some of the MASN commercials.

I like our guys better than their guys, but the mixed crew does give you a lot more detailed info on each team's players.

Oh, I didn't remember it from last year, but I haven't watched as much like I have this year.

way gone. fastball right down the middle.

JZ has to learn. You just can't throw the ball down the middle and expect to get outs.

He needs to just start walking guys in situation like that instead of grooving them a fastball down the middle. Or at least throw a breaking ball. I can recall a bunch of times where he has given up a long ball in 3-0, 3-1 counts so far this season.

2 outs and no one on with Chad Moeller on deck. just walk him.
