Bars in VA still allow smoking???  How quaint.

Only with a permit and a separately ventilated room, I believe.

Awesome!  Less than a mile from my office!

I wish you guys the best of luck with this endeavor.  I know it's tough starting a new venture like this, but if the price is reasonable, I'll use it as much as I can.  Thanks for doing this!

Agreed.  If the price is right, I'll probably use the bus most of the time.

I'm going to catch it from Ballston on occasion just to support the venture. I suspect there will be some people using it who would not go to games otherwise. And that's a plus all around.

If this venture takes off in a big way (I mean really big), this could have a profound effect on attendance.

Bus seats for the Nats vs Reds series go on sale Thursday, March 22 – one month from today! Bus seats are just $15 if you book by Sunday, March 25 ($18 after that). Website launching very soon!

Is that $15 from any of the stops? Ballston is the same prices as Reston/Herndon?

$15 works for me. How does that compare to Metro, say, from Vienna or Ballston?

I think it works really well if you're just going by yourself or with one other person. Otherwise, you can drive and park for a whole lot less.

Excellent price, right where I was expecting/hoping it would be. About $3 more than metro, but you have to factor in the convenience of it.

If it's only $3 more than it's a no-brainer if the bus station and departure times are convenient for you. Sit back, bring a cooler of cold ones, and let someone else do the driving. What's not to like?

I wouldn't take the bus if I had more than two people. Obviously, you can drive down and park for a whole lot less than $60.

Edit: But on second thought, if you are one of those people who absolutely hates to drive in the District, it's comparable to taking 4 people on Metro.

Look at it this way.  Parking at Vienna is 4.50 (If you can find a spot after 8am).  It's about $5 each way.  So it's about the same.  Then again I forget the off Peak price.

Is parking at the bus stop locations always free? It wouldn't be worth it if parking is paid.

Our 3 locations outside the beltway have free parking. The Ballston location doesn't have a private lot, but there's a very reasonably-priced parking garage next to the Ballston Common Mall.

Metro round trip would cost $12 for one person?  That seems high to me.
