Livan Hernandez, RHP (5-8, 5.64)
Hernandez will face the Orioles for the second time this season. On May 21, he pitched seven innings and gave up one run on six hits in a 3-1 win. In his last start on Tuesday, Hernandez gave up six runs in 1 2/3 innings against the Red Sox in an 11-3 loss. He is 0-3 with an 8.22 ERA in his last three starts following wins in his previous four starts.

Daniel Cabrera, RHP (4-4, 4.64)
Cabrera has lost his past two decisions, and was roughed up by Marlins on Tuesday. He gave up six runs on eight hits, including three homers, in 5 2/3 innings. Cabrera has never faced the Nationals.
