That's the first time I've seen extra innings on an iPad. It looks really good to the naked eye.

Yeah it is HD quality, the app used to be pretty inconsistent and unreliable but now I'm consistently getting great quality with no skipping or lessening of image clarity.

Yeah  Even if they decide to go back and change that E to a hit, it's still a quality start.  He made one mistake.  (well two counting the walk that set up the homer).

Thanks Scottie - so nice to have major league pitchers on the team!

I think this one is done for.

The passed ball didn't help.

Rain delay
I guess we were going to lose Olsen anyway, so it's not a huge deal.

Olsen = beast.

Nice quality start from Scotty.

Odds Olsen gets rocked? Pretty high.

It is an iPad so the screen is hard, not soft and puncturable like laptop screens. Plus I'm watching him he can't do harm to it.

Oh really?

Is it supposed to rain for a while?

On Richmond news this morning, they said expect intense, but quick rains to pass through the area.

No clue how DC will be, but probably pretty similar.

You are such a troll.

A one that lies about not having time to post, at that.

North of town it's been on and off but there was a lot of thunder and wind.

I know he only went 6 innings (but that was by design), but you really couldn't ask for anything more than that.  When he was pitching for us earlier in the year he was a 3. something ERA pitcher.  Today he did the same.

Well, his ERA today was 4.5, but I'm glad he's back

OK not ERA but earned runs is a stupid stat.

Only thing Olsen could have done better would be to pick up 2-3 more Ks for 6 IP.

Well I'm getting my first taste of Phil Wood.  Now that they're in rain delay they've moved to Nats Talk Live to pass the time.

Wood sounds like a guy who's never been behind a microphone before.  Lots of long "uhhhhh"'s and "I - I - I - I".

His ERA was 3.00.  One of the runs was unearned.
