We should all send questions with our forum handles to see who gets theirs read on air. Erica has an unfair advantage though.

Something tells me Church is not as happy with Pat Correlas's defensive positioning tonight as they usually are. :)

Simontacchi is having the kind of outing you want from a guy the league has not seen. It is nice for us to get that for a change.

Because you've had previous contact with one of the booth members.

We should be happy with what Smooch gave us tonight.

It didn't look like Fick's foot was on first for Zim's throw.  THAT is why you want someone TALL and left-handed to play first.  He couldn't stretch any more and the runner is definitely SAFe if 5' 8" Belliard was there.  What-the-Fick is 6' 1", 5 inches taller, but throws righty.  Batista is 6'0" and righty.

Its too bad we can't score on a guy with an ERA over 6.

Hi all, just got home.  More of the same, I see.  At least "Smoochi" is having a good outing.  Er, had.

Yeah, but that is this year. That's not his normal number, and he was due for a positive correction.

We get so many two out runners that get stranded.

Kearns sucks tonight.  And whaddaya know, a pitcher who has struggled mightily this season gives up a lead-off HR in the 1st and then throws 6 straight scoreless innings.

Zimmerman nearly hits one out.  We need iluvryanzimmerman here to give him luck...

Simontacchi is having the kind of outing you want from a guy the league has not seen. It is nice for us to get that for a change.

I thought Simontacchi would get shelled immediately, since he put lots of guys on base in AAA recently.  He is giving us an outstanding performance, against the team with the best W-L in MLB.

SO HOW ABOUT SCORING SOME RUNS FOR HIM?
"This is like deja vu, all over again."

That's because we get so many hits with two outs an no one on when it is so easy to do so.

Simontacchi may have only allowed three hits but he can't be confident that he's going to win this game, based on how this team plays offense.

I think there are 24 players and a coaching staff that share that sentiment.

And this is where Simontacchi will get hammered, 3rd time through the order.  Church has been flat out bad in LF tonight.
