losing nyjer KILLED our offense. amazing. he is the key to our offensive production.
come on. this is a normal day in 2008 for us. look at the lineup. today SCREAMS 2008 nationals.
If they aren't careful it might scream "2010" also.
Thats what worries me.
but this is happening now after happening just last year and every year before. 42 games under .500! getting swept by the lowly Padres fielding a team of bums. Every loss for the rest of the season will be a new low for this franchise.
This offseason should tell us a lot about the Riz.
damn. I was hoping he was going to give up another walk.
Mike Morse is getting paid to learn spanish in the dugout. LMAO.
This team got owned on three consecutive days by average pitchers.
Why doesn't SF bash one of his boys (Nieves) for sucking. It's always Willingham, Dunn, and Bard but he never mentions the offensive ineptitude of his boyfriend behind the plate.
he's a back-up catcher and serves that purpose. i haven't watched any of the game today. what has he done that is so terribly wrong?he's not the one walking batters and serving up meat balls.
Is it a coincidence that the pitchers suck with Nieves behind the plate and suck less with Bard? How come you always notice the bad gamecalling of Bard without mentioning the fact that the pitchers suck a lot with Nieves.
