I get the idea of draft caps... so teams have to spend money on FA's rather than lottery picks... but as more and more small market teams, and teams that pretend to be small market though they play in a huge market *cough Washington cough* use the draft wisely ... it does hurt those teams.
Just glad there wasn't another strike.
