Ballard has had his moments.  Interesting that there are a lot of AAA guys taking a step back. That's not the typical AA profile, which is more of a prospects league, i thought.  OTOH, Hood, Perez, Kobernus will not have players on training wheels around them.  That may help their development.  Also, I'd expect more midseason promotions from Potomac pushing aside some of the filler, especially a guy like Rendon or maybe Purke if healthy.
