Hey, I would've made one but I made yesterdays so I didn't want to carry the stank over to today's game!

Are there vuvuzelas at the Miller Park?  Thought I heard them before Braun's at bat.

Parra is one of those pitchers with peripherals that say he's average, but his actual runs allowed say he isn't. 2:1 K/BB, above average HR/FB rate.  Willingham will get Braun's HR back leading off next inning.

Minty, your WNFF fantasy team is riddled with players on the DL.   You and I have been neck-and-neck all week long.  I have one more on the DL than I'd like, too.  The Free Agents have been getting picked clean.  SB's and K's should decide our match this week,  and Nook Morgan is not playing for me tonight.

Maybe some of the criticisms on Morse are starting to penetrate the thick fog that surrounds Riggs.

I'd like to see Dunn remain in this lineup.  The Brewers' pitching stinks, so the way to win is outhit them in a high scoring game.

whaddya mean?

he's getting post game questions asking why he took the guy out that hit two homers and drove in most of the team's runs.  I've seen other comments by Kilgore and others that hint at questioning the logic in refusing to play Morse more than a few innings a week.  Riggleman seems lost in a preconceived notion of what Morse can and cannot do, and he needs a slap in the face to wake up from that stupor.  Maybe it's happening.

Hacking on the first pitch middle infielder stranding the bases loaded.

Oh, wait, that was the other team that did that.

Against a pitcher that just got hurt. That could be a good sign for the Nats! The Brewers aren't thinkin' and JD could come back and do well. He's pitching just fine!  Lets get this one!

I long for the day when we're completely rid of the likes of Martin, Stammen, Atilano and any other pitcher in their AAAA mold.
