You missed the joke... you called something piss, I called what you drink puke... I used to hear these arguments in the bar my friend's father ran when I was in high school... old men arguing that Miller or Bud were piss or puke or worse.

Was the bar in Gaithersburg?  If so, what bar?

I'm sorry, but Wright is showing up Zimmerman this season. That's one thing that needs to change. Do we have anyone at any position that is better than every other NL East team?

I'm stuck drinking Natty Lites until this team change it's name. Maybe we'll name our new park Guiness Park or something :)

nice K, Chris... Our pitching hasn't been great but it has been passable in every game in this homestand.

Wright is older and surrounded by MUCH, MUCH, MUCH better players.  Zimmerman will be fine.  Wright is a good player.  The answer to your last question is no.  Chipper Jones and Cabrera are both better at 3rd, we have the 5th best shortstop, the 4th best second baseman, and the 3/4th best 1st baseman.  Don't even bother with the outfield.

It's been passable, I think, for the majority of the season. Hitting, on the other hand, is a whole other story.

When was the last time Langerhans did anything of any importance?  Please god, let this be the last time we get to see Langerhans..

Holy cow, Brandon Webb has extended his scoreless inning pitching streak to 8 more innings against Atlanta.  Arizona is up 1-0.

And at least Florida is losing again.  3-0, Giants in the top of the ninth.

All light beer has a watered down taste.  As worthless as our offense.  If they call it PEPCO Park and it's abbreviated to P-Park, I guess everyone will drink Piss beer and feel okay.

When did he have a bad outing?

yesterday: 1.1 IP, 2 hits, 1 run, 1 bb.

Not bad, but the worst we've seen in a while....which is a good thing if you ask me.

that 1 run and Saul's run cost us the game... I don't even care about our pitching at this point.  they are fine.  The only reason we lose games any more is because the offense rolls over game after game.
