He's 24, will be 25 this off season. It's time to see if he can hold his own with guys his age. Get him up to Harrisburg, see where he stands. Send him to the AFL. "
I agree he should be promoted, however with this being his first year after surgery, perhaps it is best to be cautious, take it slow. Per the age, is age really a factor?? I think "arm age" is a bigger factor. Fact is, Karns has less miles on his arm then most 20 yr olds drafted this year.
