I don't think eagleskins likes Morgan either.

I like nyjer just fine. He is just not playing well

We should be hammering this guy. He's not that good of a pitcher.

Scherzer is trying to set a record for throws over to first.   Those are as tiring as pitches are.  We're going to get him out early tonight.

Bad pitchers get hammered third time through the line-up

Nyjer is showing flashes of his previous self

His main problem is that it is always flashes. He's a feast or famine type player. We need consistent production.

T Plush is back.

I'm still not convinced that he is brain fart free.

Watching that replay, it's funny how little Dunn put into that collision... Looked like he was just protecting himself with his arms and the catcher goes flying.

Funny stuff.

We would LIKE to have consistent production.  At this point, I'm happy with any old kind of production at all, consistent or not.

Alright, I'm officially on the "send Lannan down" train.
I am not completely onboard yet. But I am getting there.  If we want to win, and not just compete, Lannan and pitchers like him cannot be at the front of our rotation and depended on heavily. its getting clearer that Lannan was a de facto front line starter, and not an actual one. he's rapidly declining to Stammen/Balester/Martin/Martis/etc. territory, that being an expendable, interchangeable back of the rotation "inventory" pitcher, and not a frontline, take us to the playoffs pitcher.
.
WTF.  I'm a better man than John Lannan.

Nathan wins this thread.
