Everytime a tobacco user croaks early due to tobacco use, it's sad for someone.  Most of em don't even "want" to, they just don't have the will to overcome the addiction.  I don't know if it's depressing but it's sad and frustrating.

It is all of the above for the family.  My kids never knew my dad.

I think that diabetes might now actually be the leading preventable cause of premature death.

Yup.  Just not as ugly...yet.

That would be incredible if true.  From tobacco to food, trading one addiction for another.

2 runs in 8 innings against Vasquez, that hurts.

It's heartbreaking for sure.  I never got to met the woman that would be my mother-in-law.  It's one of the many reasons my wife and I try to live as healthy as we can.  Life is way too short.

Which pretty much amounts to a food and sedentary lifestyle addiction.

That's pretty good, considering the scoreless streak he came into the game with...

Honestly, I'm not going to give a list but of every addiction I've had in life food has been the one I can't kick.  Call me a fatazz all you want but it's impossible to kick something you have to let out of the cage 2-3 times a day.

Gotta put different stuff in the cage. If we have junk food in the house, that's what I eat. If we have fruit, veggies, etc., that's all I can eat. Either way, I get full.

Bonifacio > Nationals. Unreal, why is Coffey pitching?

Because it's tied up and our potent offense will probably not score another run until the 16th inning.

I'm curious why Davey thought Coffey would be better today than he was yesterday?

Putting Clippard in would have doubled our chances of winning.
