Recently there has been a trend for Zim and Young to let third strikes go by with RISP thinking I guess about walking when that would only load the bases or create a force play.  Why not protect the plate with 2 strikes especially w/RISP.

Where is Mike Hughes? We need the Bacsik tracker.

Winning the first two games has appeared to make us fat and happy.

I thought JB said he wanted to field the best team possible? Starting Bacsik is doing the exact opposite.  We never had a chance from the start with that bum on the mound.  No reason Jason couldn't have started tonight.

I've seen enough of Basick....forever.  Let him sail off into the sunset with fond memories of Barry Bonds in his head.  We have enough young arms that we don't need to be put through this anymore.  Bergmann...come on down.

I think they're waiting for rosters to expand to bring back Bergmann, which sucks.

I would have found a way to get Bergmann up, somehow!

I just got here and read the last few notes before the game came on. I thought we were down 10 nothing or something. It's only 2 zip... is Basik still in? If he goes two more, he could still have a quality start...

Thank you Austin.

He's that guy on our team that nobody really crap talks, but nobody really speaks too highly of either. I like him, though. Good #5 or #6 guy...and a badass fielder.

We are effectively down 10-0 because our offense is dead in the water.  We're not getting clutch hits or we're making stupid mistakes.

This game feels like a game from our last homestand, I'll say again.

Is the requirement for the quality start lower for Bacsik?
