This might be an issue of sending the same type of lefty pitcher out there two days in a row. If Lannan misses his spots, it's going to be even easier for the Braves to hit him.

Yeah, I agree. Sending five crappy pitchers out there day after day after day doesn't confuse anyone for that long.

It took the pitcher for him to get out of that inning.

Man, our pitching staff pisses me off even more now after watching some of that Santana-Sheets matchup. :?

We definitely don't have anyone of that caliber in our staff.

I bet you in 2 games Lannan tosses like a 1 or 2 hitter, it's just the inconsistency that fools us.

It's to be expected from these guys. That's why we are depending on our offense this year so much. If they aren't hitting, we just can't win. Pitchers do need a little confidence from their offense. Our guys just aren't helping 'em out.

If everyone on the team and NJ's plate approach, I would be smitten.

How does NJ walk so much? Do pitchers fear him? All of our other guys get 3 strikes pitched to them EVERY AB, it seems.

I just want to see SOMETHING. A few runs in one inning would be miraculous at this point.
